Liebe Absolventinnen und Absolventen,
wir möchten Ihnen herzlichst zu Ihrem erfolgreichen Abschluss Ihres Master-Studiums oder Ihrer Doktorarbeit gratulieren (im Wintersemester 2025/26 und Sommersemester 2026). Im Rahmen der Jahresabschlussfeier der Faktultät für Physik möchten wir dieses besondere Ereignis würdigen und es gemeinsam mit Ihnen und Ihrer Familie, Ihren Freundinnen und Freunden sowie Kolleginnen und Kollegen feiern am:
- Freitag, den 24. Juli 2026, von 15:45 - 19:00 Uhr, Gaede-Hörsaal, KIT.
Bitte melden Sie sich über das Anmeldeformular auf dieser Seite bis zum 10. Juli 2026 an, um Ihre Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung zu bestätigen. Im Rahmen der Anmeldung können Sie außerdem angeben, mit wie vielen Begleitpersonen Sie teilnehmen möchten. Zusätzlich haben Sie die Möglichkeit, ein bis zwei Sätze einzureichen, die im Rahmen Ihrer Würdigung verlesen werden. Diese können beispielsweise ein besonderes "Aha-Erlebnis" aus Ihrer Forschung, eine prägende oder auch humorvolle Erinnerung aus Ihrer Studien- oder Promotionszeit oder ein kurzer Ausblick auf Ihren weiteren Weg sein. Darüber hinaus können Sie über den Link auch ein Foto von sich hochladen, das während der Veranstaltung im Rahmen einer Slideshow gezeigt wird.
Wir freuen uns darauf, diesen wichtigen Meilenstein Ihrer akademischen Karriere mit Ihnen in diesem besonderen Rahmen feiern zu dürfen!

we warmly congratulate you to the successful completion of your Master's or doctoral studies (in the winter semester 2025/26 and summer semester 2026). At the annual celebration of the faculty of physics, we would like to recognize your achievements and celebrate this event together with you, your family, friends, and colleagues on:
- Friday, 24 July 2026, 15h45 - 19h00, Gaede Lecture Hall, KIT.
Please register via the registration form on this website until 10 July 2026 to confirm your participation at the event. As part of the registration, you will also be able to indicate how many guests you would like to bring. In addition, you are invited to submit one or two sentences to be read during your recognition. These might include a special "aha" moment from your research, a memorable or humorous experience from your time as a student or doctoral researcher, and/or a brief note on what you are doing now or plan to do in the future. You can also upload a photo of yourself via the registration link, which will be shown during the event as part of a slideshow.
We are looking forward to being able to celebrate this important milestone of your academic career with you at this special occasion!
Die Veranstaltung wird sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch stattfinden. - The event will be held both in German as well as in English.
