Many of you are present every day in the Physics Building on Campus South, while many others spend their working day on Campus North, West or in external research facilities. Often, regular contact does not extend beyond your own institute, which also impairs the flow of information regarding official procedures and deadlines as well as networking and exchange with other doctoral students. To counteract this and to welcome you all to the faculty, the PhD student council is organizing an information event for all new doctoral students in physics, geophysics, and meteorology on Wednesday, May 14th.

Of course also not so new PhD students are warmly welcomed to join the event.

After a short official part starting at 6 pm in seminar room 6/1, building 30.23 Campus South, there will be a barbecue together at the Fermisee [1], located in the immediate vicinity. Drinks will be provided by us.

Please register below so that the number of drinks provided can be planned.
