Continuous processes, Particle and Track classes: issues and redesign

The current setup is very error-prone and obscure and has already led to quite a few problems when setting up simulations in the cascade.inl file. Part of the problem is that both the Particle class and the Track class store absolute positions and momenta, while it would be much better if the Particle stored the absolute position and momentum and the Track only stored the differential change in position, momentum and time to the point of next interaction.
