5:00 PM → 5:20 PM Preparation for release

At the Karlsruhe workshop, we had decided to release the current state of C8 alongside the usual “Christmas release” of C7. That leaves us 3-4 weeks to make final improvements. Let’s coordinate what we still want to do today. In particular:
· Change of license to BSD
· Preparation of containers
· Inclusion of EPOS-LHCR and QGSJET-III
· Smaller things still important to improve?
