We will meet at the physics highrise (CS Bldg. 30.23) at 13:00, then take the S5 from Kronenplatz at 13:15, arriving at the Siemens S-Bahn stop at 13:31.

You can also go to the Siemens factory yourself and meet the rest of the group there.

Visit us at our electronics manufacturing facility in Karlsruhe — the Factory of the Year 2021!

During an exciting tour of our production facility, you will gain insights into the topics that set us apart and represent our unique selling points in the world of manufacturing.
Our key message is: It is people who make our digitalized factory intelligent! Our employees in the direct area have been empowered to orchestrate the matrix – to direct the flow through the matrix. And we will show you how this is put into practice during a factory tour at MF-K.

4:00 PM → 5:00 PM Exchange with Siemens Engineers

Talk to people working at Siemens and their experience. This is after the official visit.

5:00 PM → 7:00 PM KSETA Stammtisch

We will have a KSETA Stammtisch after the Siemens visit. Feel free to join at Badisch Brauhaus from 17:00 and get to know the other KSETA fellows, while enjoying a drink and some food.

The Stammtisch is not part of the official visit, and you have to pay for food and drinks yourself.
