PROPOSAL has now cmake system for easy integration in corsika8.

For PROPOSAL, use git submodules as primary choice. For other not so closely integrated project we should use CMake-based integration.

Plan is: create new git branch for proposal integration. Setup git submodules. Make sure gitlab-ci works.

Restructure corsika repository for simpler build: build and install layout should be identical. Use projects like EvtGen, boost/histogram, corsika_reader as template.

For corsika workshop in June: Plan 3 days with a four hour time block, starting 14:00. Coding workshop according to previous coding weeks.
