4 Towards a new structure for the CORSIKA project: proposal and discussions

We need to rearrange and reorganize the CORSIKA project during the next months in order to make it more robust and ultimately long-lasting. I suggest to change the main contact and decision-making body to a very small committee (project steering committee), small enough to allow fast reaction and decision-making, but large enough to share efforts and include varying aspects.

At the same time, we should also map out a concrete short-term goal (->official release) and a roadmap to accomplish this.
