Contribution types will consist of
- keynotes (30+10 minutes)
- standard oral (12+3 minutes)
- posters with short introduction by session convener
Oral presentations
- oral presenations are grouped into dedicated sessions
- prefered format of presentation is .*pptx or *.pdf
- contact a convener of your session during the break before the session to introduce yourself
- check your presentation with technician support
Posters
- posters are grouped into two Coffee Poster Sessions on Wed and Thu
- at the beginning of the session the convener will shortly introduce presented posters using the list of contributions in the session
- install your poster during the morning of the day when your session is scheduled
- remove the poster at the end of the day
- installation material will be provided by organizers
- A0, portrait, electronic version in *.pdf
Uploading of files (both presentations and posters):
- Presentations has to be uploaded via INDICO system to your profile at least 24 hours before your presentation slot.
- How to do it?
- Log in to your INDICO profile
- Go to "My Conference - My Contributions"
- Select the contribution and upload the file via "Presentation materials"
- File protection - default setup is "Public" (file is accessible for everybody via link in Timetable), you can select "Protected" by default the file is accessible only for event management, you can provide the access rights to all registered conference participants using selection "Protected - Registrants - clicking Registrants in "Conference registratio..."
- DWD does not allow the use of memory sticks
