• Executing programs on an HPC cluster using the batch system
• Preparation of jobs to be run on the HPC system
• Specifying and handling of resources (CPUs, memory, file systems, GPUs, etc.)
• Working interactively on the cluster

The introduction file system course will explain each file system with its properties and in which cases it should be used. The course will also explain how to create and manage so-called workspaces which are working directories with a lifetime.
