Meeting Location
All talks will take place at:
Room 106 | Institute for Theoretical Physics, Philosophenweg 12, 69120 Heidelberg
You can arrive at the ITP from the central station by taking the bus 34 or the tram 5 and then going up the Philosophenweg until you reach the set of stairs leading up to the Institute.
To reach the room, go upstairs from the entrance, and then take a turn to the left upon reaching the first floor. It is the first door to the right.
Coffee breaks and Lunch
Coffee will be served in Room 103 and lunch will be served in Room 105. Both rooms are immediately adjacent to the Meeting Location.
Workshop Dinner
The workshop dinner will take place in Nebenan (Schwetzinger Terrasse 9, 69115 Heidelberg) on the July 22nd from 19:30 to 21:30. You can reach the location by taking either the bus 34 or the tram 26 from the workshop venue. Accommodation
Participants that have requested accommodation have been assigned rooms in either of these two hotels:
- GuestHouse Heidelberg - Bergheimer Str. 24, 69115 Heidelberg. Your can reach this hotel from Heidelberg Central Station by taking the buses 20, 33, 34, 35 or the trams 5, 21.
- Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten - Haspelgasse 2, 69117 Heidelberg. You can reach this hotel from Heidelberg Central Station by taking the bus 35.
Guests staying at the GuestHouse can reach the workshop venue by walking 15 minutes. Guests staying at Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten by taking the buses 35 or 37.
Social Program
The Social Program will consist of a short hike along Philosophenweg followed by an informal hangout at a local pub. The hike will start from the workshop venue on July 21st at 17:40.
