The Lambda-decay bug in c7 does shift XmaxMu to lower values of X by about 20g/cm2. This is seen for muons, and for hadrons, as Max shows with a new study. For Xmax it might be lower, or at least not larger.
New c7 release in 2..3 weeks:
- lambda decay bug
- epos memory footprint, partly leading to swapping
- Felix will investigate sibyll muons until then
Anatoli looked at p-air collisions using sibyll23c, changing decay chains from sibyll to p8. There are partly large differences in final-state distributions. This has to be better understood!
Proposal is finalizing their restructuring. Plan is to present first results before DPG meeting.
Felix has question about how to distribute additional files. We need to look up how cmake performs "install". We may have to re-link paths during install. Lukas can look at this, MR175.
Lukas also want to check gitlab workflow WiKi. He will prepare a summary presentation.
