Description
MS SPIDOC is a novel sample delivery system for X-ray diffractive imaging at synchrotrons and X-ray Free-Electron Lasers. It accommodates biological samples ranging from small proteins to megadalton-scale particles. Using nano-electrospray ionization, ionic samples can be m/z-filtered and structurally separated prior to imaging. Here, we report the first SAXS data collected at the P12 EMBL beamline of PETRA III.
