Remark:
- Prices are per room and night including service and applicable VAT. Breakfast is included in the price. Internet access is available free of charge for all guests.
- The rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
- The rooms can be accessed by participants using the keyword “EURO-LABS 2026” under karlsruhe3@plazahotels.de or +49 721 966 0405 0. Please specify on which days you require accommodation.
- The block booking is valid until 18 May 2026 at 12 noon. After this deadline, any rooms that have not been booked will automatically be released for general sale.
- On 4 May 2026, the block booking will be reviewed and, if necessary, 50% of the rooms that have not been booked will be released for general sale.
- Reserved rooms can be canceled free of charge up to 6:00 p.m. 7 days before arrival. In the event of late cancellation, no-show or early departure, 90% of the booked services will be charged.
- The rooms must be paid for by each guest upon arrival.
- Parking: You can park your car in our underground car park for €24.00 per night.
- Visitor's tax: plus €4.00 per person/day
