EURO-LABS FINE FINal Annual Meeting 2026

Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) is hosting the Final  Annual Meeting FINE  (FINal  EURO-LABS) of the EURO-LABS EC funded project, which will take place from June 29th to July 1st, 2026 on the KIT North Campus.  This meeting follows the Kick-Off Meeting (KOM) held in Bologna in 2022, the Second Annual Meeting (SAM) held in Krakow in 2023, the Third Annual Meeting (TAM) hosted in CERN in 2024 and the Fourth Annual Meeting (FAME) hosted in JSI Ljubljana.

FINE (FINal EURO-LABS) meeting is the final opportunity for participants to comprehensively assess and share project achievements, deliberate upon outcomes, and prepare the final report to be submitted after the end of project (31^th August 2026).

FINE will feature a scientific presentation of the work done during the project. Posters will also be presented with prizes for the three best posters.

Registration for FINE will open on 2^nd March 2026, and close on 23^rd May.

Attendance is encouraged by all EURO-LABS members as well as users of the facilities, particularly students and early career researchers. The participation of financial and administrative staff from various EURO-LABS laboratories is also encouraged, to support the preparation of the final report. The attendance and especially the presentations will be in-person only, no Zoom connection will be available.

Visits to two facilities on the KIT Campus North are planned for Monday 29^th in the morning:

KARA and Energy Lab

A workshop dinner will be organized on Tuesday, 30^th of June 2026.

The Governing Board (GB) meeting is scheduled for the afternoon of Wednesday, 1^st of July.
