Description

The di-boson WW production is an important process for the precision tests of the Standard Model at the electroweak scale. In addition, it is one of the most significant backgrounds in the H→WW decay. While the gluon fusion production channel contributes only around 5% of the cross section, it is expected to receive sizable QCD corrections that will become significant during the High Luminosity phase of the LHC program. Moreover, its relative size is enhanced in the fiducial region of the H→WW decay. In this talk, I will discuss the computation of the helicity amplitudes of the gg→WW scattering.
