Meeting location:
The Young Scientists Meeting will take place in the Ford-Saal, located on the 6th floor of the Super C Student Centre at RWTH Aachen University:

Lunch and Coffee breaks:
Lunch, Coffee and snacks will be served in the foyer outside the lecture hall.
Social dinner:
The social dinner will take place on Tuesday evening at
La Fabrik

To reach the restaurant by public transport from the meeting venue, you can take bus 3B, 7, 27, or 33 and get off at the stop “Normaluhr”. From there, it is approximately a 3-minute walk to the restaurant.
Alternatively, if you are in the city centre near Elisenbrunnen, the restaurant can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.

There is a choice of four hotels in total. All hotel options include breakfast and are located in the city centre, within approximately 15–20 minutes’ walking distance from the meeting venue. More information can be found via the link above.
Please note that the B&B Hotel Aachen-Hbf room allocation expires on August 3, 2026. The remaining allocations expire between August 22 and August 30, 2026.
