Sponsoring Opportunities
To support the organization of NuMass 2026 and to strengthen the connection between industry and the scientific community, we invite a limited number of industrial partners to participate as workshop sponsors.
By sponsoring NuMass 2026, your company will gain visibility within a highly targeted audience of experts and decision-makers working at the forefront of experimental neutrino physics, detector development, and data-intensive research. The workshop provides a unique environment for direct exchange between technology providers and leading scientists from major international research collaborations.
Sponsorship Benefits
Depending on the selected sponsorship level, we offer the following opportunities:
-
Visibility on the workshop website and in promotional material
-
Acknowledgement during workshop sessions
-
Opportunities for direct interaction with participants, such as exhibition space, poster contributions, or informal discussions during breaks and social events

Audience and Outreach
We expect approximately 100–150 participants, including senior scientists, postdoctoral researchers, and PhD students from research institutes and laboratories across Europe and beyond. The workshop is designed to foster in-depth scientific discussion and close interaction between experimentalists, method developers, and technology providers.
In addition to the four-day workshop (April 13 - April 16, 2026), sponsor visibility will extend to the public celebration symposium on April 17, 2026, marking 1000 days of data taking by the Karlsruhe Tritium Neutrino Experiment (KATRIN). This high-profile event is expected to attract political representatives, long-standing industrial partners, and distinguished international guests from the scientific community, providing extended exposure beyond the core workshop audience. We expect about 400 guests.
