Data Privacy
Legal basis for collection and processing of personal data, required for participation in the NuMass 2026 workshop, is given by the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) Privacy Policy.
Collected data will be processed for the administration of the workshop, providing the information related to the organization of the events as well as for the documentation of the workshop.
Video and Picture Recordings
Video and picture recordings of the talks, poster session as well as discussion sessions will be taken during the workshop. By registering to the NuMass 2026 workshop, you explicitly give the permission for having these photos, videos and recordings taken.
Presentation Material Usage Agreement
Please note that the poster and slides from the talks will be uploaded to the indico page, and available to everyone with the access link. In addition, the posters will be displayed in the poster session room during the entire workshop.
By submitting the contribution, you confirm that you hold all exploitation rights to the posters, talks and the picture and that you can freely dispose of them. You also agree to having these contributions permanently documented on the indico page of the NuMass 2026 workshop.
You acknowledge that these rights are granted free of charge and voluntary.
