Pricing

The conference fee is covering meals, coffee breaks, consumables and an evening barbecue.

Note, that according to §4, 22a UStG and BFH judgement of 07.10.2010 - V R 12/10, the participant fee is split up into two parts for tax reasons. Please don't get confused in the registration process and please proceed as indicated in the form.

Early-Career Researcher Discount

Early-career researchers may apply for an early-career discount of €100. As funding for this discount is limited, applications will be reviewed internally, and discounts will be granted based on availability of funds. Please send your application to the email address numass2026-loc@iap.kit.edu.

In this case, please do not complete the current registration, as you will receive an email with a separate registration link if your application is approved.

 

Evening activities

We plan several evening activities which are listed below. You need to select your interest in the registration procedure.

 

• Sunday, 12 April 2026
  If you arrive on Sunday, we are happy to organize an informal dinner for all interested participants. Please indicate whether you would like to join.

• Monday, 13 April 2026
  The conference barbecue will take place in the evening. This event is included in the workshop fee.

• Tuesday, 14 April 2026
  A social evening event (dinner & entertainment) will be organized. Please note that this event must be paid individually.

• Wednesday, 15 April 2026
  We will visit Mariannes Flammkuchen – “All You Can Eat”
  (https://mariannes-flammkuchen.de) Please note that this event must be paid individually.
  Flammkuchen is a local specialty from Baden (Germany) and Alsace (France), similar to a very thin pizza. The dinner is designed to be informal and highly social.
  Prices:
  – €24.90 for regular participants
  – €17.90 for students with a valid university ID
  Drinks are not included.
