Welcome to the TRISTAN Workshop 2022 at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology on Campus North site, hosted by the Institute of Astroparticle Physics from 5th to 7th July 2022. In the 3-day workshop we want to strengthen our understanding why and how we want to extent the KATRIN physics programme from 2025 on.
