We are pleased to invite you to the upcoming ECFA DRD 7.6b Workshop on Future Detector Technologies, dedicated to discussing the latest developments in 3D integration technologies and chiplet concepts for next-generation particle physics detectors.
The workshop will provide a platform to share progress within the DRD 7.6b project and to explore how advanced integration and packaging technologies can support the evolving needs of future High-Energy Physics (HEP) experiments.
A key objective of the meeting is to foster a dialogue between technology developers and detector scientists. In particular, we strongly encourage detector experts to contribute by presenting or discussing the foreseen requirements for future detector module production, assembly and packaging. Your input is essential to ensure that upcoming technologies align with the practical needs of future HEP detectors.
